TEA the drink that changed the world
On my last trip to America I found this lovely book called "TEA the drink that changed the world". It is absolutely worth a good look. it is actually the most lovely and well organized tea book I have ever come across. It teaches you everything from how to brew a perfect cup of tea, best times of day for sipping various teas and also the professionals terms for describing tea such as aroma, body, neat and stylish. We learn something new every day, and today I learned that rooibos needs to brew for five minutes to obtain the greatest number of antioxidants. So I will now go and have a lovely cup of freshly brewed rooibos in one of my teatime cups. Like Nan said "with a cup of tea in your hand, anything is possible".
TEA.

New Product - Teatime cup
This cup shape was born 2002 but it was not until May this year at ICFF in New York City that the cup (note without a saucer) was presented as a new product for an audience. The Teatime cup with vintage rose patterns inside is available to basket but on order. The cup comes in plain white, blush pink, soft blue, moss green and mellow yellow. It is also available with a lush dripping of white gold on the rim. For all those who like it traditional, a saucer will appear in the future but not for some time.
